Show weather in Celsius on the Outlook calendar *

Don't know about you, but judging from the messages in my inbox summer is over...

Autumn is moving on...

So as we're getting to the end of Q3, now might be a good time to share a tip about the weather.

No idea whether this is the same for my tip subscribers in countries other than the UK, but for me Outlook displayed the weather in Fahrenheit. OK, born and raised in the Netherlands I never did "old money" and when I moved to this country I quickly learned that 61 degrees Fahrenheit is 16 using the Celsius scale and 82 is 28. (You know I love mnemonics ;)

But why not change it?

Here's how:

  1. On the File tab, click Options.
  2. Type the letter C (or click Calendar).
  3. At the bottom of the options, under Weather select Celsius.
  4. Press ENTER or click OK.

Who said summer was over? ...
