Triage your inbox (Outlook 2003-2007)Do you also get way too many emails? Back in February 2007 (http://www.roem.co.uk/tip_187.html) I told you how you can specify that messages from a specific sender will be displayed in a certain colour, making them stand out from the rest. (Hubby still comes up in red!) But what about making the font of, say, your boss' email bigger so you easily spot his or her messages in your inbox. Here's how:
By the way, automatic formatting doesn't just apply to your inbox. Any Outlook folder or even your Calendar can be saved from being an overstuffed, out-of-control beast. Until next week. |
