If you prefer to display all Standard and Formatting toolbar buttons, you can arrange the toolbars to be shown on two rows.

Here's how:

  1. From the Tools menu, select Customize
  2. Select the Options tab
  3. Click the "Standard and Formatting toolbars share one row" check box (MS Office 2000) or "Show Standard and Formatting toolbars on two rows" check box (MS Office XP) to mark it
  4. Click Close

Until next week.
