Arranging the Standard and Formatting toolbars (Microsoft Office)The Standard and Formatting toolbars initially are "docked" side-by-side and show only the buttons that you have used most recently. To look for a button that doesn't fit on a docked toolbar, click the "More Buttons" button at the end of the toolbar. However, Did you know ... If you prefer to display all Standard and Formatting toolbar buttons, you can arrange the toolbars to be shown on two rows. Here's how:
