Quickly go back to previous page (Microsoft Explorer)

When using Internet Explorer you can use the "Back" button to return to the last page you viewed or the "Forward" button to view a page you viewed before clicking the "Back" button. However,

Did you know ...

You can quickly return to pages you recently visited using Internet Explorer keyboard shortcuts.

Here's how:

  1. To return to the last page you viewed, click the Backspace key.
  2. To view a page you viewed before clicking the Back button (i.e. use the Forward functionality) hold down the SHIFT key whilst pressing the Backspace key.

Please note you can view one of the last nine pages you visited since logging on by clicking the arrow to the side of the "Back" or "Forward" button, and then clicking on the page you want from the list.

Until next week.
