Quickly moving between multiple worksheets (Microsoft Excel)

When using a workbook with several worksheets you can click the sheet tabs to move from sheet to sheet.

Did you know ...

You can quickly move between the worksheets using shortcut keys.

Here's how:

  1. To move to the next sheet in a workbook, press CTRL + PgUp (PageUp)
  2. To move to the previous sheet in a workbook, press CTRL + PgDn (PageDown)

Alternatively, you might want to have another look at tip # 11 (you have saved it, haven't you?! ;-) where I explained that you can select a specific worksheet at any time by displaying a menu of all the sheets in the workbook.

Here's how:

  1. Right-click on any tab scrolling button (the arrow buttons to the left of the worksheet tabs)
  2. Select the desired worksheet

Until next week.
