Making sure text displays correctly on another computer (Microsoft PowerPoint)When you create a PowerPoint presentation on a computer that uses one set of fonts, it might not look the same on another computer that has different fonts. However, Did you know ... You can save the fonts (i.e. embed them) in the presentation to ensure that a presentation displays the fonts you selected. Here's how:
Only Windows TrueType fonts can be embedded. If a font can't be embedded a message appears to tell you why. Embedded fonts are saved with the presentation, which consequently increases the file size of your presentation. Until next week. |
