Different ways to open a link in a new browser tab (Internet Explorer 7 and beyond)

Since the introduction of “tabbed browsing” Internet Explorer (IE) 7 you can have multiple websites open in a single browser window. However, links on a website are often opened in a new browser window, but can be easily opened in a new browser tab.

1. Right-click the link and select Open in New Tab. OR
2. If you have a mouse with a wheel, simply hover over the link and press the wheel.

Try them out and find the one you like best! (I love the wheel one, which opens the link to the right of the tab that contained the original link.)
