Your Top Three Tips (Microsoft Office)

For those of you who are facing a slack period at work because of the holidays or just want to be doing something else rather than sitting at your desk working, while still being productive ... this week's tip gives you the biggest hits over the last couple of weeks:

At number 3 with 160 hits : Make a sent message unavailable after a specified date (Microsoft Outlook) http://www.roem.co.uk/tip_16.html

At number 2 with 188 hits : Automating repetitive tasks (Microsoft Office)

And at number 1 with (drum rolls please) 205 hits : Netiquette when emailing a large group of people (Microsoft Outlook) (http://www.roem.co.uk/tip_71.html)

So if you haven't already done so, play around with these great Office tools (which is how I get a lot of my ideas).

Oh, and if you want to tell me what your favourite tip is from the ever-growing archive (http://www.roem.co.uk/hints.html), drop me a line. (My favourite feature is easy: Excel's AutoCalculate. Top shortcut is WIN+M to quickly minimize all open windows. Or is it SHIFT+F5 to quickly return to the location in which you last typed or edited text in Word? But what about the favourite missing feature? ;-)

Until next week.
