In a series of 60-minute sessions, Karen will share top tips that can save you hours of time. Even if you believe you have mastered MS Office, we guarantee you will go away with new and easy to use tricks and shortcuts that you never would have found on your own.

All webinars can also be delivered as a half day hands-on face-to-face session, either in-house at your offices or at our premises in Cambridge.

  • One-hour MS Teams webinar including time for Q&As. (Never used Teams or don't have a camera? No problem! No need to install a thing.)
  • Live demo using Microsoft 365 and Windows 10 - suitable for Office 2010, 2013, 2016 and Microsoft 365 users.
  • Hands-on or hands-off: download and use the exercise files during the demo or experiment and practise what you've learned after the webinar.

Choose the session that covers all the Microsoft Office basics, select the package that you use the most, or opt to do all six and become an Office wizard! If you know what webinars you want, you can book your place online.

Karen also offers 90-minute webinar-style learning sessions which are followed up by a one-to-one support session, at a time that suits you.
