Top 10 keyboard shortcuts to create new items (Outlook 2003-2007)Back in February I gave you some tips on how to quickly jump between the various Outlook components, such as Inbox and Calendar (see http://www.roem.co.uk//tip_259.html if you missed it). For those of you who said you really liked them (and for those of you who didn't say anything ;-) I've compiled a list of keyboard shortcuts to create new items. With some imagination all of them - apart from the last two and perhaps the one for a new task request - are pretty intuitive, I believe. By the way, if you have your own favourite shortcut, let me know. If your tip is selected, I'll publish it along with your name; the bragging rights will last a lifetime. Until next week. |
