Switch from one signature to another (Outlook 2003-2007)

As you may be aware you can create as many Outlook signatures as you want. If you have defined more than one signature, you can easily switch between them.

Here's how:

  1. In the e-mail message, right-click the existing signature.
  2. From the dropdown list select the name of the signature that you want to use.

For example, rather than manually deleting my standard signature when I want to remove it, I have one called "empty" (which happens to be empty ;) and the procedure described above works out to be faster. Have a go and decide for yourself.

Until next week.
