How to sort your folder list the way you want it (Outlook 2000-2007)By default, Outlook folders are organised in alphabetical order. If - over time - you've collected quite a few folders it can be cumbersome to scroll through your whole list. So take control - by using Favorite Folders. Here's how:
Not happy with its spot a couple of weeks/months down the line? Simply drag it to its desired location in the list. Or to remove the folder from the Favorite Folders list, simply right-click it and select Remove from Favorite Folders. Until next week. |
