What is Enterprise Content Management (ECM)? The Association for Information and Image Management (AIIM) describes it as "the strategies, methods and tools used to capture, manage, store, preserve, and deliver content and documents related to organizational processes. ECM tools and strategies allow the management of an organization's unstructured information, wherever that information exists."

At Roem we have a track record of providing consultancy, project management and training during rollouts of many ECM systems such as OpenText ECM Suite (the product originally called "Livelink"), TRIM, Documentum and SharePoint for a wide range of organisations, including the public sector.
